By purchasing from Q8 Curator (via Shopify store, Instagram @Q8Curator, or WhatsApp +965 94983977), you agree to the following:

1. Product Authenticity All Pokémon TCG and One Piece TCG products sold by Q8 Curator are authentic. Vintage singles are sold raw (ungraded) unless listed as graded, with condition noted in the listing. Sealed product is sold factory-sealed from authorized distribution channels.

2. Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment is accepted via [KNET / bank transfer / cash on delivery — Fahad: confirm payment methods]. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

3. Order Confirmation An order is considered confirmed only after you have received an explicit confirmation message from Q8 Curator via WhatsApp or DM. Placing an item in the cart or submitting an online order does not guarantee availability.

4. Vault Items (Make an Offer) Certain items (marked "Make an Offer") are part of the Q8 Curator vault and are not listed at a fixed price. Submitting an offer does not constitute a binding agreement. Q8 Curator reserves the right to decline any offer.

5. Pre-Orders Pre-order products are not yet in stock. Release dates are estimates based on publisher information and are subject to change. Q8 Curator is not liable for delays caused by publishers, distributors, or customs.

6. Limitation of Liability Q8 Curator's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for market value fluctuations of cards or sealed product after purchase.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the E-Commerce Law (Decree Law No. 10 of 2026).
