Shipping policy

Delivery Area: We currently deliver within Kuwait only.

Delivery Method: Orders are delivered same-day or next-day depending on your location and order time. We use personal delivery or a trusted courier service. Exact timing will be confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is placed.

Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp (+965 94983977) or Instagram DM before shipment. We will send you a confirmation message with your delivery window.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees (if any) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Fees may vary by area.

Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock arrives in Kuwait. You will be notified via WhatsApp with an estimated delivery date when the product lands.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. All orders must be delivered to a Kuwait address.
