Refund & Return Policy — Q8 Curator

Q8 Curator (Kuwait Curator Company for Product Promotion) wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed via q8curator.com, our Shopify store, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
1. Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, Booster Packs, ETBs, Sealed Cases)
Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if unopened, unused, and in original factory-sealed condition with no signs of tampering.
Due to the nature of trading card products, once outer shrink-wrap/seal is broken, the item is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — this protects both buyers and sellers from pack-manipulation/weighing concerns industry-wide.
2. Damaged in Transit
Report within 48 hours of delivery with unedited photos/video of the outer shipping packaging and the product, ideally before opening.
Cosmetic damage to the outer shipping box or carton (corner dings, crushed corners, shrink-wrap creases) does not by itself qualify — what’s covered is genuine damage to the product/sealed unit itself, not cosmetic transit wear on packaging.
If the product is confirmed damaged (e.g., crushed box affecting cards, torn factory seal from mishandling), we will file a claim with the courier and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion once the claim is reviewed.
Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photo/video evidence, cannot be honored.
3. Graded Cards (PSA/Other Slabs) and Singles
Eligible for return within 3 days of delivery if the item does not match the listing (wrong card, wrong grade, or slab tampering/case-crack on arrival).
Must be returned in the same condition and same slab/holder it was shipped in.
Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind) is not eligible for graded cards or singles once shipped, given their individually verified, non-restockable nature.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened sealed products
Digital codes or online-only redemptions (if applicable)
Items marked “final sale” or sold during giveaway/promotional draws
Cosmetic shipping-box damage not affecting the product (see Section 2)
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
Contact us on WhatsApp (+965 9498 3977) or Instagram (@q8curator) within the applicable window above, with your order number and photos/video of the item.
We will confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
Approved returns must be shipped back (or dropped off in Kuwait) within 5 days of approval. Return shipping cost is covered by the buyer unless the item arrived genuinely damaged, defective, or misdescribed.
6. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (KNET, credit/debit card via Tap/UPayments, or original payment channel).
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
We do not refund original shipping/delivery fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or confirmed transit damage per Section 2.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms above apply.
Pre-orders/deposits for upcoming set releases (e.g., OP-17, OP-18) are refundable up to 7 days before the confirmed shipment date; after that point, standard non-returnable sealed-product terms apply once received.
