At Q8 Curator, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products — including sealed booster boxes, raw singles, and graded slabs — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or differs from what was described in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.

Graded Slabs

All PSA/BGS graded slabs are sold as-is with their assigned grade. Q8 Curator does not guarantee any re-grade outcome. Grade disputes are between the buyer and the grading company.

Sealed Product

Sealed booster boxes and packs are sold factory-sealed. We do not accept returns based on pack contents or pull rates.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order payments are non-refundable once placed, as product is allocated specifically for your order. In the rare event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable due to supply issues, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
